TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Cheque/DD are to be drawn in favour of OptimiseNow Consultants Pvt.Ltd.
2. In case the Cheque bounces one has to pay, the fee in cash along with 500/- towards bank charges
3. In case the Payment is made by Credit card,an Extra 3% will be charged towards bank charges
4. The fee may be transferred through e-transfer to the bank account,the details can be had from course co-ordinator
5. The fee paid is not refundable however in extreme cases the course may be rescheduled max to one time within 1 year
6. Any dispute arising under this agreement will be resolved through arbitration. The arbitrator will be nominated by the company, and their decision will be final and binding on both parties.
